Director, GMP Projects

Pennie oversees the GMP projects, providing specialist services on a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe, and Internationally.

Pennie has 20+ years’ of practical and academic experience within the NHS, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and R&D industries. She has worked in a range of GMP management roles in technical, operational, and manufacturing capacities, with several well-known organisations including the Health Protection Agency (HPA), NHS Trusts, CURIA, and CPI Centre for Process & Innovation.

Steven Cubitt

Managing Director

Steven is Managing Director of CCTech Ltd and currently provides specialist biocontainment and biomedical services on a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe and Internationally.  Steven has followed a philosophy of delivering biocontainment facilities which meet the needs of the research, animal and human welfare and achieve compliance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.

Fintan J Lyons

Operations Director

Fintan has a BA(Hons) in Business Management, with 30 plus years in Facilities Operations and Building Services for Intel, Hochtief, and the University research sector. Fintan is a Certified Member of the Institute Workplace and Facilities Management.

As Operations Director, Fintan oversees all operational aspects of CCTech, ensuring that our strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively. By directing and coordinating production, supply chain, and distribution activities, Fintan ensures that our operations run smoothly and meet our client’s high standards.

Steve Robertson

Director of Containment

Steve joined the team in 2017 with over 30 years’ experience. He is a professional advisor in the design, commissioning and validation of containment facilities. He is acknowledged within the industry as an expert on fumigation procedures and has been key in developing techniques to avoid the need of discharging formaldehyde from room fumigation. Steve has been actively involved in the design and validation of over 300 containment facilities throughout the UK and Ireland.  He has since carried out fumigation of around 100 laboratories and delivered numerous workshops and training courses on the validation of containment laboratories and the examination and testing of LEV systems.
