We have developed an in-house Project Management team to directly deliver small projects. Our work in Building Performance Optimisation (BPO) in particular generates opportunities to modify, upgrade and retrofit existing facilities. Key to the delivery of a successful project is ensuring that the client and end users are clear about how the project will be delivered and how it will be managed.

Delivering projects in live specialist research and healthcare facilities requires careful planning, using experienced and competent professionals who work together with suppliers and installers as an integrated team. The process is closely controlled, the hallmark of our projects is excellent communication with the users and facility managers.

Regular meetings and updates ensure that the client and the key stakeholders feel confident in the outcome throughout the programme. This process of engagement ensures that any concerns can be aired and addressed in a timely manner, reducing the number of outstanding issues at handover.
